Drumroll, please! Here are the results of our first “So you think you know us?” quiz. The winner(s) are listed at the end.
1. Who is the better singer?
Definitely Jason. I have absolutely no idea what type of singer I am - am I a soprano? An alto? It is a mystery. A mystery called “Tone Deaf.”
2. Who is neater?
A close one - we’re both very neat. But I have to give this one to Jason, because he’s a little more uptight about things than I am.
3. Who watches “Days of our Lives” religiously?
Jason! Although I swear you can miss 10 years of that show and still not really miss anything. Hey, guess what? Stefano’s back! And he’s up to his evil shenanigans! Also, Marlena & John: destined to never enjoy a relaxing moment together!
4. Who created an Excel spreadsheet to track their fantasy football statistics?
Me. I have this elaborate system where I track offenses by their passing and running yardage, and defenses by their passing and running yardage allowed and their number of takeaways. I also track how often a team gives up more than 30 points or less than 20, and how often a team scores more than 30 points or less than 20 and it’s a great system…hey, where are you going?
5. Who organizes their books and closet by color?
Me! Although right now my closet is not organized by color because I’m conducting a highly scientific experiment to see which clothes I wear. The ones I don’t wear will get donated when I do my semi-annual Summer/Winter Clothing Swap Out.
6. Who uses the toilet seat protector in public bathrooms?
Jason, because he is freaked out by the unsanitary statistics of people in the bathroom. I’ve never used a protector, although I should because I really dislike those automatic toilets that spray water everywhere. At least I think it’s just water.
7. Who talks to their parents every Sunday?
Jason. I need to call my parents more, although it wouldn’t kill them to call ME once in awhile, you know?
8. Who has better handwriting?
Me, although Jason has very nice, neat, teeny handwriting. But I win because my hand doesn’t cramp up like his.
9. Who has the better memory?
Definitely Jason. By a long shot. He’s always recalling something from the past that I’m convinced he’s making up because I have absolutely no recollection of it.
10. Who owns 3 Brad Johnson football jerseys?
Me. Two Vikings jerseys (one signed) and one Redskins jersey. But because Brad gets traded ALL THE TIME, I need to get a Bucs jersey and a Cowboys jersey to round out my collection.
So who won? Becky, who is also Jason’s mom. She got all 10 correct! But since she has an insider’s edge, I’m giving away two (2) prizes: one to her and one to blacksheeped, who only got one wrong.
