Scene: Sunday morning, 5:05 a.m. I get up to feed the cats.
Jason: Change my alarm!
Me, half asleep: What?
Jason: I need to go in early.
Me, realizing: It’s Sunday.
Jason: I don’t want to be late!
Me: It’s Sunday!
Jason: I have to be in by 6:00.
Me: Jason. It’s SUNDAY!
Jason: Shhhh.
Me: Are you shushing me?!?
Jason: Zzzzzzz.
So, we’ve already covered that candy corn is my favorite Fall candy (for the record, I have yet to partake of candy corn, but we will be going grocery shopping tomorrow BWAHAHA), but let’s talk about our least favorite Halloween candy. What’s the one thing you dreaded seeing as part of your Halloween stash when you were a kid?
For me, it was anything with coconut: Almond Joy (which I typed originally as “Almost Joy”) and Mounds. I also didn’t like Heath or Butterfinger, popcorn balls annoyed me on a molecular level, and I didn’t care much for Smarties or Sweet Tarts, much to my brother’s delight. However, I probably would’ve cut someone to defend my Three Musketeers or Twix.
