  1. I have a pen bump on my ring finger too. And I think your handwriting is lovely. And I love the illustrations!

  9. Ha! I get the pen bump on my ring finger too. I feel like I have more control over it that way, and my handwriting has always been nice. Nobody’s ever yelled at me for it (but then, I was homeschooled), but I’m thinking those people that yelled at you guys just didn’t know what was up.

  10. Mr. A writes like that too. It is very odd looking!

  11. I so need to do this one. Some day. Sigh.

I agree that your handwriting is lovely. Do you like it? I wonder how many people like their own handwriting. Is it like not liking your own hair no matter how it’s cut/styled?

  12. I also hold my pen “wrong,” on the ring finger instead of the middle. Don’t remember any teachers ever yelling at me for it, though my kindgergarten teacher did make me stay in from recess to practice tying bows once. She didn’t believe I could tie b/c I happened to have Velcro shoes. It’s weird what sticks in your head!

    Neat post :D

  13. I absolutely loved reading your handwriting! I think we should be able to handwrite on our computers, it makes things so much more personal. I doodle the same way, usually bubbles in the upper left corner, nothing good or fun.
