- The feeling I get after filling up my car and seeing the gauge jump from “E” to “F”
- Seeing Shorty finally shake on command after spending a good week and a half teaching him while he stared fixedly at my treat-holding hand
- Giving my aunt the Scarf of Doom for her birthday and hearing her ask in a reverent tone, “Did you make this?”
- Having to burn at least 4 days of vacation before the end of the year or risk losing them. (Will be using them all at once)
- Kaitlyn Maher on America’s Got Talent
- Taking a big proactive step toward freelancing
- Having enough data in my fantasy football spreadsheet to start making educated guesses on top performers rather than having to rely on my own intuition, which is sadly absent
- Circus peanuts (still simultaneously gross and delicious)
- Waking up at 3:30 a.m. to find Abby snuggled next to me while Sunny secretly replaces my pillow with her 12-lb. bulk
- Pumpkin-scented candles

Aaawww… I love when you write these kinds of posts.
I have totally convinced myself that my car runs more efficiently on full than it does with a quarter of a tank of gas. I have no idea where I came up with this theory, but I believe in it whole-heartedly.

Oh – I may e-mail you a couple of questions about some freelancing ideas. I have no idea where to start and want to absorb from your knowledge (or mooch off your own hard work in finding out how to get going?).
Ha ha! Let’s hope my freelancing dreams don’t involve writing, eh? The previous paragraph was a STELLAR example of my abilities.

Circus peanuts = EW. Those things are weird.
Pumpkin ANYTHING = MMMM. I love those pumpkin lattes you can get at Starbucks this time of year.

You were in a dream of mine recently. It was a big party and you and I were in a kitchen and we were making fun of someone. It’s okay though because it’s some one who wronged me and in this dream they had wronged you too and we were making fun of them because we both had realized what an idiot this person was. It was all very strange. I’m taking it as a good sign that I’m over what this person did to me. Why you were there, I don’t know
